Q.  What will each newsletter include?

Q.  How do I know when the email newsletters are in my account?

  • The newsletters will be dropped into your account by the 15th of each month.  You will receive an email notifying you that the emails have been dropped in and are ready to send.

 

Q.  Will the email newsletters be ready to send?

  • Yes, the CampaignDrops email newsletters are complete and ready to send exactly as they are, or you have the option of customizing them further.
     

Q. What are some of the ways I can further customize my email newsletters?

Q.  Can I print the email newsletters to hand out to prospects?

  • CampaignDrops is specifically intended for email, so it is not set up in an easily printable format.  CampaignDrops subscribers are welcome, however, to use the text of the articles to create their own print newsletters for promotional purposes.

    If you are really interested in a print-ready newsletter, we provide that service quarterly with our prospecting newsletters that offer the additional benefit of exclusive territories and a customized imprint with your company information. Q.  How do I get email addresses to send to?

  • In order to send an email campaign through Constant Contact, your email addresses need to be permission-based.  This means you need to have the permission of each recipient to send them email announcements or newsletters.  The best place to start is with your current list of former and potential buyers, sellers and outside advisors.  CampaignDrops subscribers will also receive a web button to place on their site so web visitors can sign up to receive email newsletters.  These addresses will be automatically entered into the subscriber's account.

 

Q.  Can I send out other emails?

  • Yes.  You will be able to use your Constant Contact account to send out other email announcements in addition to the email campaigns dropped in by CampaignDrops.  Constant Contact includes a variety of templates you can choose from to send holiday greetings, newsletters and announcements as often as you need.
